4-week Strengthening Pilates Plan
Our STRONGER in 4 weeks plan has been designed to help you develop deep strength, sculpt and tone, whilst creating length and ease in everyday movements. Because being stronger should give you a burn, not leave you feeling burnt out.
If you’ve taken our New Beginnings plan this is the perfect follow up to test strategies and challenge your body. We promise you, you're going to keep coming back to these classes time and time again.

4-Week Beginner Pilates Movement Plan
Perfect if you are new to Pilates or want to check back in with your technique. With 3 classes a week to complete (between 20 - 40 minutes each) we will guide you on how to move your body with ease.
You'll be moving your spine, finding space in your pelvis and helping begin your journey to moving better and feeling better. This plan is suitable for all levels including beginnings but don't be fooled that you won't get anything out of this if you're more experienced.

A MOMENT FOR ME
14-day Mindful Movement Challenge
Unhappy about your work/life balance? Feeling like you give all your time to work and not making enough space for you and your health? Looking to reclaim a little bit of time for you and your health without it feeling unmanageable or stressful.
This challenge is designed to help you achieve exactly that - just 10 minutes a day so you feel strong, connected, calm and ultimately more energised so you can enjoy more of the things you love with feeling less stressed. This is not about having to break a sweat everyday, because we know small steps give the biggest results and that you can achieve so much for your health by just making 15 minutes of space a day for you.

4-week Pilates Cardio Plan
How often have you left a workout in pain? Maybe you are new to cardio and went too hard in a HiiT session or during lockdown you kept up a good routine with running..but after a few weeks your knee has niggled, your lower back has felt tight and actually instead of feeling like the muscles have had a good little workout, they feel exhausted, burnout and painful?
This is exactly why we created our Cardio plan. A mix of uptempo HiiT inspired classes and Pilates movement to help you feel all the goodness of cardio workouts, without the pain, injury or exhaustion. Unlike most cardio routines, this plan was not designed to push you beyond you limits, instead it's going to help you learn your limits so you can get the same benefits and energised feeling, without the post workout burnout.

POST NATAL RECOVERY PLAN
A month long plan which is perfect for anyone working post natally especially in the early days of movement post baby, or with any pelvic floor dysfunction.
This plan features 4 x 20mins classes which will really heal you from the inside out so you can then feel ready to join any of our fundamental level classes.
You can access this plan as part of a monthly membership or you can purchase this plan as a stand alone plan and keep the content forever for just £17.50.

FULL BODY BLAST
This challenge gives you a 40 to 60 mins class every day for 10 days to challenge your strength, strategy and endurance.
A blend of Barre, Hiit, Yoga and Cardio all designed to challenge your entire body, the strategies you've learned in our slower classes, as well as your heart and lungs. A sweat, glow and a smile for the rest of the day guaranteed!
