During 2020, we moved our two physical Pilates studios online with a vision to bring quality online Pilates classes to everyone in the UK and Ireland. And so MoveBetter.TV was born.
Our belief is that through mindful movement you can reclaim your body, calm your mind and ultimately be able to achieve any of the things in life you love to do.
