Nic rounds up her favourite classes to suit your mood this week.
As we enter lockdown 2.0 in England I am writing this sat at home in self-isolation (a playdate has turned into 11 days indoors but luckily we’re all feeling healthy here…), hoping that you are safe and well and wanting you to know that we’ve got you and we’ve got each other.
No matter where you are spending the next month and what challenges you’re personally facing, know that we’re here for you and want to support you in any way that we can.
When I opened our physical studio Soul Pilates, and now our online studio MoveBetterTV, I’ve always had an ethos that I wanted to seep into every session we taught, to help you to feel utterly amazing. Whatever amazing is for you.

Claire is the master of playful movement. In this Enriching class she really takes you on a flowing movement challenge which is guarantees to connect with your body in a powerful way.
My body feels tight but also really wants to feel strong and mobile.
This foam roller live class, is our most requested playback ever with you telling us the combination of release and challenge was literally the perfect balance.
I’ve had a baby and want to feel balanced.

Our New Beginnings monthly plan contains 3 - 4 classes every week for a whole month.
This is a great plan for everyBODY. In fact many of our pre launch testers commented that at first they felt like this was “too easy” or “too slow” and then a week in every single one said the same thing “can I retract what I said, I realised I needed to slow down and to connect and I feel so good now” with many then choosing to do a class every day.
If you’re not new to movement and Pilates what I suggest is that you add in one extra class per week, as a minimum, from our library each week, alongside the plan. Good choices to work alongside this plan would be:
A Pilates Cardio Class - will balance out perfectly with this slower paced plan.
A Live Class Replay - will ensure you’re taking the principles you’ve learned into a full length class.
