With 15 years experience, comprehensive training with Polestar Pilates, a background in the corporate world, a near breakdown, a history of chronic pain in her 20s and now two young kids, she’s perfectly placed to understand the real world and its challenges. ANTHEA BELL
CONNECTED | STRONG | CALMING Calm and collected with a voice that truly soothes the soul. Anthea is known for connecting individuals to their bodies and movement practice through intelligent and informed classes, small but powerful adjustments, and a deep understanding of how our bodies move. When she isn’t in the studio, or playing around on the Pilates Equipment you can find Anthea relaxing at the Lido, digging into a good book. |

Obsessed with the human form and a huge fan of getting her groove on whether that be in studio, at home or on the dance floor Claire combines rhythm, fluidity and fire in strong flowing classes. Fully qualified Polestar Pilatesmat and studio trained teacher, Gill is truly enthused by the power of movement, having spent most of her life dedicated to understanding its countless forms so that she can create balanced, manageable and strong classes that help you move with ease. Whether you are rehabbing from an injury, working to improve sports performance or something in between Gill's access all areas classes gets you to understand your body – how to make it move better, how to make it move with efficiency, fluidity and greater function.
