These classes are about supporting you and your wellbeing giving you time to connect to your body, slow your breath and recharge. Expect movement classes but also talks, workshops, mediations and more. The place to come when you just need to recharge.

LEVEL 1: NOURISH
Nourishing movement to ground and restore you when you just want a gentle moment of movement and calm.
Good for beginners or if you want a calmer practice that focuses on deep alignment. |

Enriching classes that will build deep strength, centre the mind and lengthen the body.
Good for a more advanced class that is going to make you feel great and reinvigorated. |
LEVEL 3: EMPOWER
Empowering classes that will challenge your full body - perfect for when you want that little extra burn and release.
Good for anyone wanting a bit of extra burn or a slightly more intense class to start (or end) the day. |

NEW BEGINNINGS
Our Signature 28-Day Pilates Movement Plan is a great place to refresh your practice or learn the basics of our unique approach to movement A journey to a happier you. A stronger you. A calmer you. 'New Beginnings' is the perfect plan to start with if you're new to this platform, new to Pilates or new to movement in general. It's our introduction to our ethos to movement because no matter how much we tell you about our ethos nothing is quite like feeling it for yourself. With 3 classes a week to complete (between 20 - 40 minutes) we will guide you on how to move your body with ease. How to tune in, to listen to its needs. You'll be moving your spine, finding space in your pelvis and helping begin your journey to moving better and feeling better. |
