Why Pilates? Pilates can help to create more fluidity and ease in the body, reducing restrictions, increasing range of movement within each joint and developing essential core strength. The ability to move freely within your body not only helps you move better, but feel better by alleviating pain, reducing injuries, and getting you back to feeling alive in your body again. 

How is Stronger different? This 4 week plan has been created to help you feel stronger from the inside out. We are not just talking tone and sculpt, but developing stronger and leaner legs, arms, core so you can not only reduce pain, but feel more energised. We will teach you the strategies to master your strength with ease. Because being stronger isn’t about doing more, it’s about first learning how to be more efficient with movement so you’ve always got something left in the tank and even after your workouts, your muscles continue to work for you so you can do MORE of the things you enjoy with ease. 
Our STRONGER in 4-weeks Plan includes:
